What a pleasant surprise being greeted by this wonderful young man as we entered the restaurant. Later finding out that is was... indeed Kyle, and after further research, came to realize what the concept was all about. Ordered the chicken club and thaipeanut salad. I have a lettuce wrapped Firehouse burger. OMG! It was good! The staff was friendly, helpful, took their customer service... seriously.
