Last week, I came in at 8pm, even though the sign and online stated that they closed at 9, they refused to serve us and told us... that they were closing. This was after they seated us, told us that the buffet was closed, but the Mongolian bbq was stillopen. As I was handing my dish full of ingredients they told us they were closed. Fast forward to today, they were out ofCheese Wontons, and I asked if they could make more. As they were finished, the waitress brought them around to other tables, not ours, before setting them in the buffet station. There were 8 remaining, and I scooped all 8 onto my plate for my roommateand myself. That is generally what you get when your order them as an appetizer. The waitress glared at me, flipped her armsin the air, and started yelling in Chinese. She then started talking very loudly with her coworkers, all while glaring at me,and pointing in my direction. This is an all you can eat buffet, so why am I being made an example of, and why am I being madeto feel ashamed? On top of that, their fried rice was hard as a rock, practically raw or maybe even overlooked, and my roommatechipped his tooth taking his first bite. This place, I am sad to say, has gone really down hill. They need to work on theircustomer service, and cooking skills. Read more

The Mongolian grill was amazing and a great value for all you can eat.

Ok food, stale beer, overpriced mandatory gratuity fee Staff was downright lazy and unaccomodating, I waited about 15 minutes... for a chef to even show up to cook the Mongolian barbecue dish I brought up, and even when it was cooked, the noodles and meatwere dry and stale. The staff seemed untrained and a bit too casual. You come in expecting a $18 buffet and end up with a $25tab, what happened to this place? Read more

The food was cheap, definitely not very good. The beer was flat and the hot sake was luke warm at best. I ordered a plum wine... which never came even after asking nicely three times for it. The table was wobbly and had a nasty sticky residue which I askedfor them to clean, and they said "yea okay" and never did. The waitress was way to busy on her phone, she actually hushed mewhen I asked her for a a towel after the busier spilt food all over my lap. As I am sitting there with hot wet noodles all in mycrotch and in my new Air Jordans, I couldn't help but think, "Gee, this couldn't get any worse." But guess what, it did. It tookat least a half hour to get the bill situated since they were trying to charge me for items I never ordered nor ate. I even sawthem selling liquor to minors during this time, no need to ask for a ID from a high school group I guess. Last but not least, asI am trying to leave this sad dump of a restaurant, the cashier without telling me charges me for a 35% tip. I notice this onthe bill, and explain that I do not want to pay for such a steep tip, especially considering the awful time I had with mygrandma. She then argues with me and tells me that it is just the tax. I know this not to be true, but my grandmother is not onefor confrontation bless her heart, and I was really getting sick of the foul stench coming from the bathroom. The best part ofthis place was leaving and never returning. Do not come here if you like nice things, because Ming Dynasty is anything but anice place to go eat. Read more
