I was very frustrated when my coupon was not accepted even though I confirmed with the employee, when I first walked in and... prior to ordering, that they accepted coupons. And then the employee gave me attitude when I openly expressed my frustration. Not sure who was running the shop, he was a younger gentleman, but he was the BEST SUBWAY WORKER I've had the pleasure of... ordering from. My fiancee and I stopped in and I told her it was going to either be the best sandwich she ever had, or theworst. It was the best by far. He made it differently and he made it as if he was making himself a sandwich. The quality andcare showed. Stopped in tonight for dinner for my husband and I. Lovely service from Joseph. He was very attentive and made a great sandwich... and wrap for us. I mentioned that we were in a semi truck passing through and he gave us a few extra napkins too which wasreally nice and needed for our meal.
