Went there at 7:15 pm door was locked. Could only use drive thru. Didn?t even hand us 3 of the burgers we ordered. Had to wait... for them to figure it out. They didn?t put cheese on 2 of my burgers and didn?t include sweet n sour sauce with my eggroll whichI asked for because my wife specifically asked for it. Read more
The food is usually always good if you check to make sure it's right, there's one girl who's always so sweet to us. But this... last time the girl that took our order was extremely rude even yelling " What " to my husband she proceeded to be hostile towardmy husband at the window even coming back to the window after we had been waiting 18 minutes for two items and said " yes can Ihelp you, my husband says we are just waiting in our food, she says oh well you were looking like you had something to say, thengoes back away from the window to come back and say they are still making your order. We also ordered three iced coffees withmocha, none had mocha " ,we asked to speak to a manager he came to the window and just proceeded to say sorry, and that he wouldtalk to her while she was standing behind him a little bit away looking at use all mean and shaking her head then starts to walkaway shaking her arm in the air behind the managers back as we and everyone in there could see. Terrible service and it's notthe first time. We finally got our order 24 minutes later. And as we drove off the truck behind us drove out of the drive thru,through the dirt because they were tired of waiting. When I called to see if they needed help they said they were not hiring andthey even have a banner up at the entrance of the drive thru saying they are hiring, clearly that's misleading but I think theymight need more help these kids are either over worked or just dont want to work. A manager is only as strong as his team.Jack's needs to get it together at this location. The one girl at the window most days is why me and my family come back, wishshe had been there that day. If you have 20-45 minutes to wait come here. Drive thru service is horrible. Why not park the cars that are taking too long?... Like other post said you will get stuck in line when you order something as simple as two tacos. Save some time and go to theother location on Estrella on McDowell. This Jack-in-the-Box location is less than two minutes from my house, but I?ll driveelsewhere for faster service. Read more
