How are we paying these people $15 an hour when they are so rude and can?t get an order right! Unreal. 4 piece chicken nugget... kids meal turned into 2 piece and no drink or sauce. I regret to write a post for a fast food restaurant that doesn't live up to the expectation of "fast" food. I placed a curbside... order and waited over 20 minutes. I called the store to ask what the status was, and waited another 7 minutes for the food tocome out. If they are short staffed and can't handle mobile orders, then temporarily cancel mobile orders or something thereshould be no reason the drive thru line keeps moving, but nothing is happening at the curbside location. Multiple cars were herebefore me and not once did I see anyone come out to their cars either. It always resulted in them going inside for a long time,then finally come out. And both cars next to me came out without food. It's really poor service to offer something and not beable to deliver. I've been a long time customer here, and more often than not my orders have lead to dissapointment. I'll haveto try another McDonald's, or other fast food restaurants that are closer to my house.
