Ordered a pizza, special order. It was completely wrong. When asked about it, the person behind the counter argued about it... (Middle Aged Female Staff Member) stating things about the food, that was contradictory to the allergy and nutrition informationon the Cici's website. Would not advise this location. Especially if you plan to order something that isn't normally stocked onthe buffet, have any allergies or dietary needs. Rude staff aside, the inside was fairly clean. The buffet seemed stockedregularly, though I didn't eat from it. The others with me said the pizza is okay. I won't be going back. Paying $8 for a smallsalad and a snappy employee is not my ideal dining experience. Read more
I just can't keep giving this place amazing reviews every time I come here. Every time is better and with more amazing people.... Karen the lady who works here is the best, she saved me money by showing me how the buffet works and she had the people in thekitchen made the specific pizza I wanted and put it in the buffet for me. So I ordered a deep dish pizza with zesty pepperoni and after getting it home, it appeared to have no marinara sauce! I called... Cici?s and spoke with Frances. She explained to me that the zesty pepperoni choice means the pizza has a white sauce instead ofmarinara sauce! I did not know that, but I know now. Frances went above and beyond to fix my pizza ordering mistake. Sheturned what could have easily been a horrible experience into a very pleasant one. We always have a great experience here. If there is anything specific that you want, they are happy to make it for you. The... staff is always friendly and very hard working. We go here once a month for our family nights. It's a good place for kids and adults. We love the pizza, and I love any food... that I don't have to cook! Our whole family loves the arcade, and the games are reasonably priced too. (For anyone reading this,you also get more bang for your buck when you buy coins in $20 increments from the machine. We just bring a container with a lidand save the leftover coins for next time.) Also, we've never encountered what I consider to be an outright rude employee. Afew times I've noticed a worker was in a bad mood or frustrated (super rare though) that some people may construe as rude, butbeing a worker for a business doesn't mean you don't have bad days. We go once , and sometimes twice, a month and can tell youthat these are good and nice workers. Give them some grace if you are inconvenienced. Sometimes you catch someone on a bad day,but don't write a horrible review from one experience. Read more
