Perhaps the most flavorless steak I have ever had. We had dinner here on a busy Friday night, and my poor review is not based... on the service received but rather the taste and restaurant experience. We thought this was a steak place, but were surprisedto only see a couple of options, which were on a specials menu at the front of restaurant. We both opted for the New York Strip.Drinks were also not on the menu. We put in our orders and waited almost an hour for it to arrive. We are very mild mannered sowe didn't put up a fuss because we recognized how busy it was. Regardless, we were starving by the time it arrived. However,given the amount of leftovers we had, you would not have known we had an appetite. Any individual in their kitchen could make abetter steak. I don't even think they used salt or pepper, nonetheless typical steak seasoning. My partner thought his lookedgray. The sides were alright at least. However, our meals were about $50 total +tip and there was no comp for the long wait.Typically you'd expect the restaurant to offer a free dessert or a discount after waiting that amount of time. Great food. We went to celebrate a birthday and wanted steak. Great prices and service.
Great service, delicious food, and pleasant staff! They give you more than enough food (had enough leftover for lunch and dinner... the next day). I had their pork chop special - one grilled, one fried and my son had the ribeye special. Can't wait to come backto Goose Creek and dine here again. You will not be disappointed. Eric was great! So there is two parts to this establishment and both are superb. From the lovely bartenders to the servers, I couldn't ask for... anything better. This is a great establishment if you want to dine in or grab a drink at the bar. Thursday is trivia night andFriday is ribs.
