Store was supposed to open at 08, but I was still sitting at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order at 0810 and nobody... had even acknowledged my existence. This may be due in part to the fact that I only started seeing employees show up around 2minutes after they were supposed to open. Picture is the delicious breakfast I got from the Sonic down the road when I got sickof waiting. Your employees are costing you business Taco Bell. Read more
Customer service is awful. They are so rude. My husband ordered our food at the drive thru and the girl wouldn?t respond when my... husband ask if she could repeat the order. When she did she told my husband to read the screen, which wasn?t working. My husbandwas calm and said she must be helping someone else or the speaker wasn?t working. Once we got to the window she still wouldn?ttalk to us. We were missing a item and sauce. She rolled her eyes and so did the lady bagging everything. Then didn?tacknowledge our request for the missing item. When she finally gave us a bag with the item and sauce the sauce wasn?t what weasked for. So my husband asked again for his desired sauce. At this point the girl is clearly upset, through sauce in the bag,and then kinda through it at my husband. This happened on 10/3/22 at 2pm. Sad that people act like this at this Taco Bell. Read more
The speaker was broken and there was only static coming out. When I drove up to the window, the lady caught an attitude with me... immediately before I even said anything, saying that she tried to take my order four times. When I explained to her about thespeaker, she didn't believe me and became real short with me. She snatched my money after I asked for my meal (singlecrunchwrap) and then handed me my meal and closed the door before I could say anything. And my meal was wrong. Which going offof everything that transpired and seeing as how I said it in-person, I don't see how it wasn't intentional. Two-stars. Beenthere before. Very slow, not nice about anything. I had to visit this establishment; because someone wanted me to get a big thing of tacos... late at night. A taco box. I would never go there on my own account. I was slightly forced; and that?s the only way I wouldvisit Taco Bell again. Read more

I wouldn't feed that to my dog. The bag was so wet from the grease it ripped & the bottom fell out. Dripping grease covered... everything. I'm guessing the "hamburger " meat but I'm disgusted & have contacted corporate/ area managers. They should be firedfor serving something that disgusting. Worst experience I've ever had with fast food place & that says a lot. I have picturesand will try and ruin them for that and I'm not a complainer but I'm so upset,disappointed,disgusted and hungry because I had tothrow it away.
