This review is strictly about their service this past weekend. We rolled in around 8 on Friday night. The place was stupid... busy. Within 10 minutes the owner greeted us and said food was about 90 minutes. We said that was okay, so he suggested weget a round up at the bar because the server was swamped. The bartender was prompt and also warned us of the wait time forfood. We only had a few sips from our drinks and were greeted by our server. She took our order, added our drinks to our tab, and was incredibly attentive for how busy it was. Our food came out faster than expected and it was delicious. We just had the Brisket Melt Sammie, added some potato wedges to each!! Soooo delicious, those wedges were thee crispiest I've... ever had and super light batter...I don't know if they hand cut them or are bought off the food service truck but WOW......Andthe Brisket Sammie was so tender and the special onion jam was ahhh-mazing!
