Perfect for an evening out or special occasion. The food is absolutely delicious.
Went here for the first time for their Valentine's dinner. Very nice, intimate setting, good for parties <6. Very good service.... Authentic French cuisine. Extensive wine list and some of the best cocktails in the area. Truly a treasure in the small town itresides. Be prepared for the higher prices per plate, however. Read more
This was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I had French onion soup for a starter the best if I have ever... had. My main course was scallops with risotto, and Brussels sprouts. The scallops were prepared perfectly. Our meal wasfinished off with Napoleon dessert that was simply delicious. The service was superb. We went to Gordonsville on a Sunday and not many things were open. We were delighted to see that this little French restaurant... was though, and our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. We were there for brunch and it was out of this world and wehope to come back for the dinner menu. The lobster bisque and French onion soups were both the best we've had. I had an amazingeggs benedict and my husband had a terrific quiche, which is saying a lot since he rarely likes eggs. the service wasoutstanding. Drive here for this- it will not disappoint! Rochambeau - A true small-town gem! Our server was fantastically personable and such a gracious host. The chef was kind enough... to create a vegan dish “on the fly” due to three people in our party having certain restrictions. The food was superb andthe ambience was very intimate.
