Went though the drive though and no outside menu to look at or no speakers to order that's messed up. Never been to a Chipotle... so I wanted to try it quess that won't happen. Should have put a good restaurant in like Chick-fil-A. Read more
I didn?t like chipotle the first time I went a few years ago. New location I figured I?d give it a try. Should?ve known better.... I really had high hopes for this chipotle because I?ve always enjoyed the chain . But THIS new chipotle was the worst that I?ve... ever experienced. I did an online order and had to wait for an hour and half to get it, only to receive the wrong order. Theyhad multiple ingredients missing. They barely put any food in the bowl and they put way too much hot sauce so it was barelyedible. Did not taste good and I felt like I wasted my time and my money. I have never been this dissappointed with a restaurant???? I will never go back there again. I hope they notice all of these bad reviews and try to improve rather than ignore them. Read more

Disappointing. Place a carry out, it says your order will be ready in 15 minutes. Get to the store, and the Chipotlane is... slammed. Go inside, people have been waiting 2 hours for their food.
