I dislike this place, they rarely get the order correct and is they do make a mistake they don't seem to care. Probably will... never go back! Read more
Each time I've gone the drinks have been watered down, the employees have problems with communication, getting my orders wrong.... I'd drive the extra time to a different Starbucks. Read more
I went there this morning to order my drink. I was very detailed as to how I wanted my drink. Yet they failed to make it how I... wanted it. The barista that took my order looked confused when I explained my drink. I explained it to her twice. She wrote itdown and the other barista whom is the manager made the drink. She didn?t do it right and as she was making it, she was doing itas if I was Inconvenience to her. When she went to add the sprinkles on my drink she sigh as it was a bother to her. You wouldthink her being the manager she would have at least good customer service. Read more
I regularly go here because it's nearby and convenient. The manager and staff are always greeting me with a smile and good... friendly conversation! The drinks are high quality and just the way I order them every time! Will continue to go back! Read more
