We went for a traditional Cabana a Sucre meal for 4. The service was very friendly and the premises were clean and spartan (as... you would expect) but it was cold despite a wood stove being there. JB Caron provides a great maple syrup, and while the baconwas to die for, the remainder of the food was hit and miss: Ham:Hit. Eggs: Big Miss. Beans: Hit. Pea Soup: Hit. PuddingChaumiere: Hit. Tarte a Sucre. Hit. No pancakes. The price was expensive, and that would have been fine given it is all you caneat.....if the food had been excellent!
