The last few times my man and I stopped by here , it was by far the worst service either of us have ever had in fast food . We... gave it a total of like 5 times or so of coming back just to see if maybe they?d have a different crew and or things would bedifferent. I'm just going to start with the bathrooms. MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS!!!!! The paper towel machine is broken. And. It. Smells.... Horrid. Staff is very unfriendly and I'm going to say this nicely..."interesting". They were blaring heavy metal????? And thestaffs "friend" was in there hanging out????? We ate our food very quickly because the "friend" started a fight with anothercustomer and the staff thought it was "funny"???The food was actually really good. Fresh and hot and good quality to be fastfood. But everything else was a dumpster fire. They need to entirely replace the whole entire staff amd it would solve alot ofproblems. ???? Read more

If I could give negative stars I would this was so bad. Bad enough that I will report April not only to the store manager but... will be calling the corporate office as well as a Every state official to have this restaurant looked at. I watched them takefood out to a car and hand it to the person then bring that same food that had been in a Black car back inside and hand it outthe window to me. It was not my order but the shift manager APRIL continued to tell me it was my order . I told her multipletimes that we ordered two number ones one large and one medium. We had two sandwiches in the bag and one fry. It was not ourorder. When I kept telling her she said it is your order and I am not giving you free fries. What is she talking about. Shewas handing me food that had been inside another vehicle and then walked back in to her and then she hands that bag to me. Ijust spent $18 for no food because when I decided I just needed to go in to address this she was in the store with two teenagersthat were sitting on the counter and was cussing up a storm about me because i said the order wasn?t mine. So April I will getmy $18 worth some how. Probably by reporting this until you are not there or until they come out and inspect this hardees andtheir food handling. We had to throw the food away and the only thing that was correct was the power aid and the coke. I willnot eat food that has been passed in and out of cars and then to us and then you keep insisting that we are trying to getsomething for free. We paid $18 and we didn?t get anything we ordered but drinks. I will keep climbing until this person nolonger has a job! How can this person be a shift supervisor. She needs supervision. Read more
