Horrible, horrible staff. I asked for two donuts got to the counter and it turns out they don?t even have any to sell yet, I... then proceed to ask for the girl at the window to take it off my bill then as I did not want anything else, she then charges mefor two donuts in which I did not get and didn?t see the charge till I returned back home. I had ordered a coffee that I didwant, and the woman at the window was confused to why I was waiting, despite just taking my money, and never handing meanything. After I proceeded to say just the coffee I ordered and payed for, she made me give her the receipt as she was confusedas if I had ordered anything at all! Difficult to understand how this is confusing as she had just taken my money and given me afinal price? she then rudely handed me the coffee and walked away. Service is extremely rude and mistakes are constantlyhappening. Staff seriously needs a reality check. Read more
Rude horrible slow service there is absolutely no reason it should take 15 minutes to go through a drive-through. Ridiculous
Incredibly rude staff. They never repeat your order or give you the total at the drive thru, and that helps mistakes happen.... Today I received the worst Dunkin iced coffee I've ever had, and it seems like it would be hard to screw that up. Most of thechocolate on my boston cream donut ended up on the bottom of the bag too(see picture). They also rarely give receipts either.Stay away and get your coffee/breakfast anywhere else.
