First I want to point out that the chicken club is soooooo good. I mean like wow, I can't believe this is fast food... good. Unfortunately, Hardy's upper management structure for this area is the worst I have ever seen. For the last seven yearsthe rotation of employees have all had the same complaint. How much they hate the management and subsequently the job they arestuck with as well. I am hoping the owners of this establishment start taking a more hands on approach. Jobs where the laborpool consists of young new hires has always been a hands on, attention to detail endeavor. It isn't now nor ever will be a hirea manager and either hope for the best or just blame him type of business. Read more
The manager is horrible and so rude. Every time I come here I have a problem with her and I am a nice non confrontational... person! I called to complain about her service and she chewed me out and yelled at me on the phone and then hung up on me. Ihardly got a word in. Horrible customer service. This witch needs to be fired already. Read more
