When I went to order my food the server was very and rude and was kind of rushing me when ordering the food. Trash bins were... full and tables were dirty and disgusting. When a customer leave an employee should always clean the lobby. The floors wereslippery and greasy just just terrible I will never eat here again . Read more
Nope. My bowl was half full of food- it?s expensive to have a child?s size serving. I got chips and guac and my bag was half... full with all broken chips couldn?t even scoop the guac. Our food was cold- that?s concerning for my wife who had a plate ofchicken and shrimp. The place was literally disgusting- no clean tables. Overflowing trash sitting next to the booth we sat at.Food and garbage all over the floor and tables. I love qdoba but I?ll be going back to west bend the next time I want it. The food was delicious but it was very dirty with garbage cans overflowing. Tables not wiped and the bathroom had no toilet... paper and was filthy smelling like urine. It was 2pm so no excuse for being the lunch rush. Read more
Grafton location is disgusting. Every table was dirty, the floors were greasy, and all they had was a wet floor sign. The... manager seemed to be more interested in flirting with his employee than tending to the restaurant he's managing. Garbage wereover flowing random garbage everywhere. On downtime the employees just stood around and talked rather than cleaning. The girlbehind the counter didn't change her gloves once after running back and forth when she clearly should have changed them multipletimes. Only reason I'm giving one star is my burrito was good. This QDoba was gross and unprofessional. Walking in, it just looked dirty, and the staff paid me no attention at first because... they were too busy on their cell phones. While in line, I saw one of the workers dip her finger into the queso, while wearing aglove, and lick her finger without replacing the glove. That?s disgusting. Luckily she was not handling my food or I would haveleft. I got my order to-go and they didn?t give me silverware or napkins. It was also after 2pm, and I was the only person inthere, so there was no excuse for it being ?busy?. I will not be returning to this location. Clean up your store and manage yourstaff better.
