I placed an Order # D6658D97-F9 online tonight that was due to be picked up at 8:55pm. I received a call at 8:44pm from a... female Subway employee informing me that my order had been canceled because they are out of bread. I told her that I would havebeen willing to accept my order as a salad if I could have been given the option. But it was clear that she could really careless about providing the ideal customer service in this situation. I am really disappointed. If you are going to cancel ordersdue to being out of bread, why not shut down your ordering system or offer customers the chance to get a salad instead? Read more
