Online ordering says my food was delivered almost 30 minutes before it was. I called at 6:35pm and was told my food would be... here any minute and that the tracker must be off. After 15 minutes I called to see where my food was at and was told they have alot of orders. After speaking to the manager learned that the order numbers got mixed up. Mistakes happen, but the first twoemployees didn't tell me a mistake happened so I had no explanation as to why my order showed as delivered. The situation wasfrustrating as I have a 6 year old that at this point was melting down. The manager was honest which I appreciate, and thedriver was moving with a sense of urgency so they were doing their best. Just give your customers a heads up as to what?s goingon and don?t try to BS your way through an honest mistake. Read more

Extremely disrespectful driver to women by yelling at me and another. He does not do his job and is the laziest driver who takes... advantage of hard working drivers. He deserves to be fired!!!! But Kaitlyn, the GM, doesn't have the guts to do it! Newerdrivers are also following Matt's example of bad work ethic. Stand up for women who are verbally disrespected by horriblemen!!! Other drivers take smoke breaks or even hide in the back without doing any work. This store has drivers with terriblework ethic, who make too much money for the poor amount of work they do. Give the workers that actually have good work ethic andclose the store every night a raise, they have to pick up the burden that lazy drivers leave. Give a raise to Justin, Austin andSeth! Drivers that actually deserve recognition, not the drivers that only do ovens, and never touch a dish and leave a hugepile for the good workers! Good workers are also threatened write ups if they don't their 5th requested chore, but bad workersdon't get any write ups if they are requested to do one thing. That's just not fair, worker equality just doesn't exist here. Read more

I would say one of the best pizza places period in Pierce County,Wa., WA., personally the best dominoes in all of Pierce County,... without a doubt, right here at this location, and they stay open later than most for the late night craters like myself, for thepick up fashion which I love to save money and use better coupons so I can save that money to order again, and I must say theyhave the best and friendliest staff, at any workplace, and that brings me back, I would say the most, and also I like tomention, they rarely, or never have messed up my order, not one time in recent memory, and pizza is always made to perfection,so thank you staff at this location, your good, hard work doesn't go unnoticed, and keep up the great work, you all deserve apat on the back, and I'll whisper it, (maybe a raise soon, lol). Or atleast a free pizza to take home after work!! Thank you,and hope people see this review, and maybe try you out instead of Mountain Highways location, down the road, and see what Imean, Good day, and great work by the hiring manager to get outstanding workers, that like they're job, and do it well, as thatis getting increasingly harder nowadays !!!! Will never even consider having buisness here again. Terrible customer service, wouldn't remake pizza after they got it wrong... and wouldn't admit that they got it wrong. I WOULD usually drive right down and demand a new pizza but I don't have time forthat. I will just make sure to never bring my self to this store again. Read more

We decided to order pizza after a long couple of weeks with a convention. They do not deliver to our area, so it is about a 35... -40 min drive round trip. We pick up our order and we get home and one pizza was incorrect. We called and the lady was veryrude, treated us like we were trying to scam her, and had us drive the pizza back to exchange it for another pizza while therest of our order is getting cold. We make another 35 -40 min round trip. Mind you this is 8pm at night after a long day ofwork. We get there show her both pizzas and the receipt so she knows we were being honest, (the correct pizza was cold andpartially eaten, returned full incorrect pizza) she gives us the other pizza, no apologies, and is still rude. She was asked hername so we can report this to corporate and she refuses, so we take a picture so we can send her pic with complaint tocorporate, she then proceeds to cuss and yells for us to go to Pizza Hut next time. I could hear her screaming all the way outto the car. It was completely out of line and I can?t believe I had to make 2 trips to that place, pay 30.00, and get treatedthat way with no apology at all and I didn?t even get to eat my pizza because I was worried at that point. This was theabsolute worst customer service and to be treated the way we were was ridiculous. Read more
