The food is always well prepared but every time I'm here it takes 10- 15 mins to get my dine in order. That's way too long for 2... or 3 items. The drive thru seems to be their biggest priority. They are short staffed all the time. It's not the workers fault,mgmt needs to stop being cheap with hours! Read more

The cashier at drive thru is friendly, good service and food usually comes out quick.
Although I love Del tacos food, and have loved it for years, I have to finally write a review about this particular location?... because it?s horrible! The worst staff, the worst management, the worst employees! I have been to this particular location moretimes than I would care to admit. And at least 1/3 of the time my order is wrong. Either something is missing, or sometimes Ieven get someone else?s order completely. Today I went through the drive-through, I was the only person in the drive-through bythe way? they still got my order wrong. Give me a much smaller order than what I had originally requested, which clearly belongto someone else. When I called back to let them know, I got placed on hold for about 15 minutes(The manager never came on theline) I have to be honest, the only reason I even go to this location is because it?s close to me, and very convenient. But I?mactually considering from now on if I want to have Del taco? i?m better off driving to another location. Customer service, isnot of major importance at this particular location.
