I went to El Pollo Loco because I was craving Tacos. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos. They aren?t listed under ?Our Food? on the menu... anymore. They were bland and poorly made, barely had anything in them. They were extremely disappointing. We are not just basing... it of the taste, the presentation, or the staff that makes it all possible for to enjoy our food. This people were relydedicated to their work. Work ethics that make it seem all of them are managers at the same time. Everything was unreal to apoint that i had to find something. And i decided to visit them on key times when normally mistakes happened. 8 months into my1st fav the person that set the steps to follow was no longer part of tje team on site. Will not het into details about thatbut all i can say that the glue that held everything together was gone. Now the good thats cooked the same way on every polloloco didn't taste good at all. I seen the dedication and also the frustration of having new members can cause. But for thenorthridge Location. I know that they have also great lead members that can be do more than the best to make it smooth for themand others.
