Took the family for breakfast. Arrived just after 10am. Waitress took order at 10:15. At 11, we asked another waitress how much... longer? I assume it was the manager came to our table and told us there were 4 orders in front of ours and at least another 30minutes. Then, rudely added, ?if you don?t want it, I would prefer you cancel now. It may seem like a long time, but you onlyordered 30 minutes ago.? Offered to comp our drinks, I told her no, I?ll pay for our drinks. 3 coffees, 2 milks, 2 Dr. Peppers almost $17! I?ve eaten here many, many times and always enjoyed. Not again. After a girls weekend on Granbury lake, we stopped here to eat brunch before heading home. Great menu selections, clean,... vibrant and the best costumer service. Excellent food, outstanding service! My wife and I own a cabin rental business down the road and we will recommend Big O's to... all of our guests! We came for breakfast and were seated immediately and given prompt, attentive service from Pam. My omeletwas delicious and hash browns perfectly cooked. I also substituted a Belgian waffle for my toast and it was great as well. Mywife's eggs were cooked perfectly over-easy. Coffee was good and always topped off. We can't wait to come back and try thelunch menu (Bulgogi gyros sound great), but I'm especially excited about the beignets. Highly recommended. Read more
