We had a fantastic dinner with very well prepared and presented three courses. Autumn flavors - delicious mushrooms, duck... confit, glossy reduction - featured beautifully in mostly meaty dishes. It appears that they respect the various seasons inchanging the menus, savoring what is best and freshest at the time of the year. Cocktails were excellent too. Read more
I was expecting more Polish food on the menu. It was delicious nonetheless! I only wish I was able to have the vegetarian... version of the Polish tasting platter, like at others that I've tried. It did mention on the website that veg options could bemade upon request, something which the waitress said wasn't possible. Read more
A great place to be if you are looking for an elevated dining experience. Prices are reasonable considering the chef?s skills... and services we had. Just by tasting the first dish (amazing blood sausage with cabbage sauce), I know food here are just not?food?, a lot of thoughts are putting into combining ingredients, creating texture, and the use of interesting culinary skillsto create the best/most thoughtful dishes. Well what more to say that this is THE place in Granby :) the food is simply A-MA-ZING The staff is the best in town. The... terrace is a HUGE plus. The guys in the kitchen work super hard to get you the nicest food in your plates. Treat the kitchenstaff with a drink...they'll be grateful and remember cocktails are half price every Wednesday.
