I?ve had good experiences at this Starbucks despite long lines sometimes. Today, a cashier named Juno gave condescending... customer service with a passive aggressive negative attitude. When she needed to correct her mistake in charging me, she had mewait while she rang up and had a causal conversation with the next customer. Also, the cheese was totally melted out of mysandwich and at the bottom of the bag. Read more
Not a single barista working is kind nor courteous! Not a single one greeted customs and all three passing drinks did so with... distain as customers requested assistance with the erroneous drinks! Customer Service Matters!!! Read more
We?re big fans of Starbucks in the US - this one didn?t deliver? They didn?t seem to care - got the order wrong - over filled... our Starbucks reusable cups so that they would spill off we put the lids on - but couldn?t handle the cups for to Covid. Theyhad no problem handling the $20 note that we paid with though? Probably a local management issue. We will not be deterred. Read more
