I guess I'm spoiled from the excellent customer service I get when I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Holland. We were greeted... and thanked but no other conversation was to be had. We were the only ones in there too. Not a good way to encourage repeatcustomers. Smoothies were good. Read more

The worst Location . The staff are so rude !!! Specially the one girl with the glasses !!! In every other location they give... side that is included when u buy wraps or bowl but this one they yelled at me that i have to pay for included side that it'swriten on the board already included choice of side .
