Always friendly workers. I like that I order and right away the same person who took my order makes it before taking any one... else's order because I never have to worry about them getting the order wrong as its fresh on their mind. I love Caribou coffee in general. However this time I ordered a large latte and it bothers me to pay $5 and only get 3/4 of a... cup of coffee. I understand the foam part but I don't think it needs to be more than an inch thick. Read more

So much better than Starbucks! The product was excellent without the Starbuck$ signature burnt aroma and taste. Huge... difference was customer service. Am glad to have tried this and can imagine returning. Still too darn expensive for what youget but, to me,it's the difference between enjoying my froo-froo coffee vs gagging it down after waiting to be served somethingvile by a petulant, sullen juvenile who is probably in their 30's.
