All that was good was the sandwich service coffee environment employees attitudes all points that would prevent me from coming... back and you can clearly see that the other customers were not impressed as well. Read more

I waited to order and I waited for get my order what seemed like an extra amount of time. I feel like their prices for bagels... are extravagant and overpriced. The food is good which will keep me coming back but definitely not a 4 or a 5 star place. Read more

I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and it took at least 25-30 minutes to get my order and the name on the ticket was wrong. The... sandwiches were small and cold by the time we got them. We sat outside and watched people getting frustrated in the drivethrough line because their orders were incorrect too. A lady from the drive through line gave us a coffee because she didn?torder it. The amount of food you get and the service you receive isn?t worth the time or money. This location needs newmanagement and better organization. Read more

We ordered on door dash, got two iced teas when I ordered to iced caramel macchiatos and got one sandwich when we ordered two.... We tried to call four times and no one answered. We had to drive down there ourselves and when we pulled up we tried to explainand they cut us off told us to come to the window and then proceeded to not open the window or ask what was happening or greetus at least they were just standing around hanging out and when they FINALLY opened the window to talk to us we explained whathappened (partly cause we were cut off once again) he brought us the drinks we ordered and then said ?the rest of the order wasright though, right?? And we said ?wrong! We need another sandwich? and they would have known that if they would have stoppedcutting us off when we spoke. We were the only ones in the drive through line and no one was in line inside either. Then whilemaking the sandwich they were all staring talking and LAUGHING at us. We didn?t get an apology or any compensation for having todrive there after we DOORDASHED FOR A REASON AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT TO BE DOORDASHED FOR WHAT?! I wasted my gas and clearly mymoney on this place. The owners or managers or whoever need to take a step back and raise the standards for employees and theway the place is ran. This place has a 3.7 star rating with 357 reviews for a reason. The customer service and professionalismis some of the worst I?ve experienced, I recommend a reevaluation of this establishment and maybe the ratings would go up. I amusually a very understanding person and I don?t usually leave bad reviews and this might seem harsh but we were not rude to themat all even after THEY got OUR order wrong and they were terrible towards us. There is no excuse for the behavior or theemployees and also they weren?t wearing name tags so we don?t even know who to complain about. The standards of this placereally needs to be higher if you want a successful business. Read more

Ridiculously long wait for food that you take a gamble on. When the foods good its good but they really mess it up sometimes.... Had a 30 minute window to go there and get food. 3 minutes drive there and only one car in front of me. I then proceeded to waitat the window itself for 20 minutes without them even opening the window nonetheless speaking to me to let me know there will bea wait. Tried to make eye contact to get someone's attention and that didn't work either. Ended up having to drive back to workwithout getting my food as my break window was over. I don't understand how that is an okay way to run the drive through Read more
