Nice local ice cream shop with friendly staff and mostly clean tables. The gelato is yummy and soft. For a guy that recently had... oral surgery, gelato is my friend! It's a tasty treat in the heart of Downtown GJ. Read more

Excellent. The Smurf gelato is Banana Laffy Taffy flavored. They also have tropical gelato and I chose the "chai tea" --... magnificent. Friendly staff. So happy to have them on Main Street! Found a lucky penny here. And a second one, but I left it-- maybe you will find yours, too. Read more

As a person with dietary restrictions I am super impressed with the selection. My son and I cannot have dairy and typically... there are 5+ options for flavors. Plus you are getting a reasonable amount for the cost. Cheaper than some national brand icecream places and far better quality! Read more

Gelato Junction is a nice place to get a little gelato in hot weather. Their gelato is good. Their smoothies are a little bit on... the syrupy side but decent (I recommend the mango one). They recently added bubble tea to their menu. I LOVE a good bubble teaand couldn't pass up the chance to try theirs. They were out of black milk tea the day I went so I tried a Thai iced bubble tea.The drink was pretty watery with hints of the iced tea used in Thai iced tea but no cream (I added some heavy cream at home andit turned out pretty good). The tapioca pearls were not chewy and didn't have any flavor to them. All in all, I know it isdifficult to start a bubble tea trend in an area with few people interested in that sort of thing. The tapioca is hard to keepchewy if no one buys it regularly and a good milk tea is really hard to make (trust me, I know). I'd recommend passing on thebubble tea in favor of a good gelato cup for now. To Gelato Junction, don't give up! You made me (an Asian, a minority in thiscity) really happy to see another business trying to sell bubble tea. Thank you. :) Read more
