Management needs to hire new, respectful workers who actually know how to give proper customer service AND delivery drivers. Why... even offer delivery if you have no drivers?? Please tell employees to double check the receipts before delivering because theyalways seem forget dipping cup sauces. Read more
After the phone call to order this took 27 minutes between passing me back and forth with the manager, I take my pizza and... cheese bread home and it?s the wrong order and raw. Ordered a pizza over an 1.5hrs ago.. decided that I would have it delivered... its been an hour and I don't have my pizza and... not to mention I paid 30.00 for a 14" large and a 2 liter. I called and Im hold for almost 25min. I will never do business withthis establishment ever again. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I'm sure the owner is aware of the service that'snot being provided. So I decided to drive there and the kids in there are talking and joking about what they were doing whenthey get off. Not one time did they look up to greet me or the two people that came in after me. The small waiting room wascrowded and everyone in there was frustrated. I get in my car and drive back home and decided to track my hour and 35 minutesago ordered pizza and it's still showing being processed the first cell. I can't even get anyone to come to the phone to issueme a refund! So I drive back there after making a complaint with the online complaint only to find out no one was going toreply because its automated. Craving pizza, i went into this dominos with my mom and sisters. With at least 5 workers inside, not one person had talked to... us. I was waiting for 10 minutes to place an order and nobody did anything. A lady said ?ill get you soon? but we stood therefor so long to the point where we just left. Call me a Karen if you want, but not being served when multiple workers look at youand not say anything is really stressful especially when you have 2 hungry kids. Read more

The store on 360 located in Grand Prairie is short staffed and the order ahead option in the app needs to be disabled. When... placing my order on the app, it stated my order was ready for pick up at 503pm. I arrive to the store at 512pm and my orderwasn't even made yet. There were other orders before mine that was still being worked on. I asked who I could call and complainto on the managers behalf because that's not fair to the customers who place their orders and is given a time for pick up, onlyto have to wait an additional 20mins before your order is even ready. One of my items was a chicken Caesar salad, I didn't checkmy bag until I got home and what do I find, a garden salad with Caesar dressing. I'm a loyal customer who may very well take mybusiness elsewhere. This is ridiculous. Read more
