The manager is bipolar she is super nice one day and the other day she can be extremely rude and they pick and choose when they... want to make certain drinks if they are not in the mood to make your custom drink they will tell you that they are out of thatcertain flavor or product, and let me end with the girl in the front that charges you if you ask her for anything she will justtell you no straight up without finding out or asking. This Dunkin? location is amazing, brand new store, with fast service, very convenient drive through, employees are so nice, it... also has Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Donuts and coffee are always fresh, small seating area but there are tables outside. Highlyrecommended!! Read more
I went ahead and placed a mobile order ahead of time to pick up inside. The lobby is closed so they make you pick it up thru the... drive thru. I placed my order ahead of time specifically to avoid the drive thru. I get in the drive thru and there?s two carsin front of me and of course once you are in line you can?t just leave. If the lobby is closed they should not be letting youplace orders ahead of time if they?re going to force you to go thru the drive thru anyway. This is the second time this happens,the first time I let it go even though I was late to work because I had to sit in line behind 4 cars. Awful, I will definitelynot be returning to this location.
