I have given IHOP lots of bad reviews in the past, because they gave awful service. I decided to go with the majority during a... family vote for breakfast on Saturday. I did insist on a different location. Grand Prairie came through! I don't have anythingbut wins here. The crowd was moderate and the wait was 15 minutes, almost exactly as they quoted. I will not be going back to this place.. I asked for my meat to be cooked well then it was not and my husband's meat was worse... than mine which I should've took a picture of his. I told the waiter to please just give me another meat which he looked at itand asked what kind of cheese it was and I said you can just bring the patty I will keep everything else so that way they don'thave to make the whole hamburger again. It took about 15 minutes to get that hamburger patty and my family was done eating soeveryone had a wait on me. Then when I got the hamburger patty there was no cheese on it so he took it back and then brought itto me with a cold slice of cheese not even melted. I was like are you serious but I still ate it. My husband and son orderedonion rings they both received french fries and they were almost done but they were trying to eat slow to wait for the onionrings. My son asked for a refill of water and the waiter brought him back soda. My two toddlers didn't receive the correctpancakes either Or correct sides But I didn't complain I had them eat it. There were ants on the wall, on our table and onewas crawling on my son's plate. The place was very busy but everyone was super nice. I saw the managers busting their tail off and helping out the kitchen staff... make sure all the customers got their orders. I love seeing a place where management actually helps their employees. Read more

I went there yesterday and already the server working was rude. 1. She got mad at a different waitress for helping her take our... order. 2. Never asked if I wanted the receipt (she just straight up gave it to me after a different customer asked for it.) 3.Gave me the wrong receipt. 4. Never asked if I wanted anything else or the typical ?is everything good?? 5. I asked for 2 drinkto go. One of them was a hot chocolate, and she spilled it. 6. After spilling it she didn?t bother to clean it up immediately.She just left without saying anything else. 7. A different customer also saw that and said that she was also rude tothem. Don?t get me wrong, the ihop there is good. I?ve been plenty of times and this is the first time that I?ve ever hadterrible service. I hope she gets fired because I never want to see her again.
