I have gone there twice,it is very nice and the buffet is very delicious. The 2 times we went they charge us $15.dlls per... person, great seats too. The 3rd time we went was a Friday they charge us 30dlls per person. I ask the lady why the charge wentup, she didn't know nothing, but that they couldn't charge us 15dlls.@ Silks. I ask to speak to the manager the manager nevercame by, we got terrible seats. You need to training your people about why, when, where, what, and be more knowledge about whatchanges have been made. And tell the managers to do there jobs. And help there customers when being ask to speak to them, not gointo hiding mode. . Read more

Disappointed. First time there to celebrate Mothers Day 2022. Food is mediocre and service slooow. Not the experience I was... anticipating. The races was fun but not Silks all day buffet. $260 for a family of 4 not worth it. Ran out of food. If you'renot there when it first opens to eat then good luck in getting food later. Take some constructive criticism Silks. Make theimprovements. Read more

Very disappointing experience. Horrible service and bad food. The ribs and pecan pie were awful. The only things we liked were... the mashed potatoes and peach cobbler. Service was pretty non-existent and it was a slow night. Save your money. Read more

Really disappointing... The buffet price is not as shown on the website. Instead of being $26 -$32, it is now $32 - $36, does... NOT include any drink, and has a 19% service fee PLUS sales tax. This is after you pay $14 just for a ticket - just to sit inthe dining area. Because the ?service fee? is automatically added, the waitstaff has no reason to give good service. Expect themto stand in a circle on the 4th floor, talking, instead of being available and serving you. When we made reservations, weexplained that we had two disabled individuals. When we arrived, no one was available to direct us through the third floor, sothat these two disabled folks would not have to navigate two flights of stairs. Finally, one guy showed up but didn?t have aclue. We went back and forth between floors on the elevator, trying to find someone. Finally we went back up to the 4th floor, then a girl took us back to the 3rd floor!? - after the disabled guy had already walked a terribly long distance trying to getanyone to help us. We navigated through the kitchen and yes- up a flight of stairs- to the assigned seating!? The only otheroption was to sit in the smoking section (NO!). And the buffet was on the 4th floor, a long walk to the back - 2 flights ofstairs - and impossible for our disabled folks. The buffet had a few good elements, such as the carved prime rib and Blue Bellice cream. Otherwise, not so great (Golden Corral, basically) and certainly not worth the price. Ordering off the menu gets youa pretty quality high priced sandwich. As far as being a nice inside area to sit and bet on the horses, it?s okay. Go for thefirst level if you are going to do this. As far as the betting and the horses, just enjoy your time. Even if you win, there?slittle chance that you?ll score enough to cover your bet. ($18 bet paid $17 on a three-way.) The $15 valet parking was the bestthing we experienced. Read more
