Terrible service. 5 people were working at the time when I order a Strawberry Smoothie at 1400. Checked out at 1402. Didn't... get my smoothie until 1415. I had to ask for my smoothie 2x before they even looked to see if it was done. To make thingsworst, they did it incorrectly and had to redo the order again. I visited the Smoothie King on Arkansas Ln & 161 this afternoon as I do everyday. Today however was a different experience for... me because it affected my health. I ordered a STRAWBERRY peanut power plus as I do everyday. I am allergic to cocoa so having achocolate smoothie would have put an end to a very pleasant day. Upon receiving my smoothie it was darker than usual so I askedthe young lady who handed me my smoothie if it was a chocolate peanut power plus and was ASSURED it was NOT. I drove home andwas about to drink my smoothie when something told me to look at my receipt which clearly stated chocolate peanut power plus. Icalled the store immediately and spoke with the kindest young lady name Rose. Can you say impeccable customer service? Thisyoung woman was incredible. She apologized and I could genuinely feel her concern through the phone. She asked me to return tothe store and ask for her because she would make it right. Amazing!!!
