Went to this location and purchased about 26 dollars worth of food. When I got home I realized I was missing the medium... mozzarella sticks I ordered (6 piece). Sent an email to sonic customer service to relay my experience and they said they wouldadd a reward to my account to make up for it. It has been over 2 weeks and nothing. I reached back out and no one responded toemail anymore. The mozzarella sticks are almost 5 dollars. No one wants to pay for an item and not receive it. Money and timewasted. Very disappointed. Spent $20 for a pick up order yesterday. Went to the wrong stall on accident so I pressed the red button to see if I could... switch which stall location I was at. When the lady asked who my order was for and she over-exaggerated ?WHAAAAAT?? Like myname wasn?t possible to have.. The lady rudely suggested I was at the wrong sonic location because my order wasn?t ready? Thatlegit doesn?t even make sense. When I read the address off my recipes off she just hung up on me. Then on top of all thishorrible service, they forgot my drink. I didn?t even complain or ask for it because I was beyond irritated and didn?t wannaescalate things. So I pushed the red button... and spoke to someone inside they told me my drink would be coming out.
