Pulled in at 9:45 PM on 10/15/22 with only 4 other vehicles parked in the stalls and tried to place an order for only sweet tea.... They wouldn?t know that because as soon as I hit the red button I was greeted by some something I didn?t understand. I had tohit the red button again and asked to repeat and she stated (Clarissa who was very proudly in a rude way happy to give me hername) stated they were only taking call ahead orders. Which I usually do to get discount on drinks but only had cash. Shecontinued to cut me off when pushing the red button by only repeating we are only taking call ahead orders. I finallyinterrupted her and asked her if it is their customer service policy to be rude and continue to cut off a customer and sherepeated we are only taking call ahead orders. I pressed the red button again and interrupted her again and asked why becausetheir open till midnight and she repeated herself again sorry we are only taking call ahead orders. And I said thank you I willbe contacting your management. And she very rudely responded with ?my name is Clarissa and you have a great night?. She was veryrude and extremely condescending. I repeated back to her told her to also have a good night. Since this store has received newowners and or management service has been extremely poor with most of their employees hanging out in the parking lot speaking towhat does not appear to be customers since the door is open so obviously a personal visit all while still taking an order withtheir head set the car hop service personnel are extremely unfriendly. I have been going to this Sonic for four years and upuntil the last couple of months have never had these type of issues and this is only one of many issues encountered in the lastfew months. My biggest issue is lack of customer service and the lack of concern about how they don?t care if a customer has acomplaint. Read more

The past few months that I have came to this Sonic location I have had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my food ( I mobile... order so it doesn?t take too long, as I know I will experience a little bit of wait time). I have had to press the call button (and wait an additional 15 minutes) for them to check my mobile order. After they have finally answered they still take a whileto come out with my food. They are very sweet & apologetic but I can?t get the 40 + minutes that I have spent waiting. Iunderstand completely that they may be short staffed (as I myself have worked in retail), but they should at least have signssaying that there may be a longer wait time. Read more

The food came out fast but the carhops had an attitude. I used to work at sonic as both a manager and a carhop. Your attitude... can determine whether you get a tip or not, and it can also determine the type of experience the customers have. We tipped thecarhop and all we got in return was an eyeroll. A "thank you" would have been nice or even a smile of gratitude. I know theseare probably just high school kids, but the attitude even when reading our order to us was unnecessary.
