I want to give it zero. They are slow and do not even care to try and speed up. I am here for a DoorDash order. No one ever... acknowledged me when I came in, they had company so instead of working was chit chatting, and I?m still waiting. 20 minutes isridiculous. Then they overlooked the order. Just sad!!! Well my order was taken correctly the first time at the speaker an as we were at the WIDOW they forgot half the order so we had... order half they forgot. And when we got home, they gave my the wrong sandwich so we went back to get what I ordered thesecond time an one of the employees at the window was rude an haseted to call the manager then the manager messed up I'm orderfor the third time because he was bothered by my complaint and finally got my correct sandwich but management couldn't apologize for the mix up on their behalf we were offered cause that's b.s we did ask for , and if you don't like your job don'tbe their texas is full of jobs .. I wanted to give them another try?Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to place my order just to be told that I can?t use my coupon... because the scanner is broken?You can see the offer on my phone so why can?t it be honored? If your equipment isn?t working theconsumer shouldn?t be told, ?Try next time or go to another location?. Even after I had the employee repeat my order, they still managed to get it completely wrong. I shouldn't have to hold up... everyone behind me in the drive-thru by sitting at the window and inspecting all of my food prior to leaving. Read more
