You know it wasn't the normal five guys experience normally everything is fine This time the fry seemed a bit limp more than... normal and my burger was a little soggy I think that has a lot to do with a tin foil creates a lot of moisture inside there notsure but they won't change it. Also two or three tables were out of service like they have nobody to fix them when they'rebroken and they didn't bother to rearrange the other tables for better seating arrangement. But the shake was good I'm sure nextmonth if I get around to going there it'll be better. I think due to lack self-esteem when it comes to workers these daysespecially in restaurants. Most people have figured out that the better jobs are not in the food industry and have left andnobody else wants to pick up the slack and I can't blame them as soon as I was 18 I didn't work in food places either. There isone thing I really want to know why are five guys french fries not crispy whatsoever they're always limp The only thing kind ofgood about it is they give you a ton of them You can take them home throw in the air fryer and hey you've made good fries. Burned super salty fries, dirty location, unhappy staff members. Not ordering there anymore.
The menu is a bit deceiving when it says regular burger or little burger...well of course i want a regular burger and not some... tiny thing....true meaning... do you want a double or a single. With that my wife ordered a regular (double) and would haverather had a small (single) because it was so much...which is good if you're that hungry but we took some home. And the frys areamazing which again regular means a lot...small means like the other restaurants regular...lol...so one regular order would havefed both if us ! Outrageous prices. Took my daughter for her birthday because she said she liked it. I had never been. 83 dollars for four... burgers. Unreal. The burgers tasted no better than burger king, fries were great like fair fries, but the food is no betterthan any other fast food joint. Will never be going back. What a disappointment. For 83 bucks it better be the best burger onthe planet. Not even close. Read more

Burger patties were charred around the edges. Out of shake mix, so no shake. Had water instead, and this is one of those places... that gives you. A kid'a cup for your water. We had to wait twenty minutes for our food. The dining room was a mess. Sesame seedson the floor. Gunk on the tables. Also just realized they didn't put bacon on what was supposed to be my baconcheeseburger! For charging 12 bucks for a bacon double cheeseburger, they could have done a heckuvalot better. Read more
