I ordered last night while visiting my aunt and they took over two hours to arrive. The pizza was cold once it arrived and she... doesn't have a microwave considering she just moved into her apartment. This Jet's is only a 3 min drive from her home. Noreason why it should have taken that long. The driver apologized and explained that the address was taken down wrong. But Icalled twice to check on the pizza and confirmed our address both times. They offered me a "credit" but I don't live on thatside of town. The $31 order should have been offered to us free or at least half off. Very disappointing. Read more
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, I received a Buffalo chicken bacon ranch pizza. When I called they said sorry nothing we... can do. I even confirmed I ordered the right pizza when I selected the crust. That sucked.. I usually go to jets on northlanddr. But I just moved and this is the closest location. Wish they would have offered to give me the right pizza if I brought itback. Read more
We usually love jets. But one pizza took over two hours to show up when they said 45 minutes and we called but they had to call... a door dash driver even though we ordered over the phone. Clearly a mess. Will probably never order from here again. One star isgenerous Read more
