Got cold fries and nuggets. Cold and soggy. Asked for replacements and they argued with us. Finally gave in and said they would... replace. Only to replace with hot oily fries that tasted like they need to change their oil. And nuggets that were overcookedand STILL cold. Will not return. Read more
You guys. I have not gotten the food I ordered a single time at this McDonald's. Once sat at the kiosk for 20 minutes before... they closed at 12. Every trip costs an hour in the drive through to get the wrong food. Tonight I was only there for 10 and theladies working were VERY nice, but still can't get my quarter pounder. I was 5th or so in line for the start of lunch. I had to wait for my burger. I'm glad because it was fresh and hot. The nuggets... were little hard and tasted a little off like most McDonald's lately. Great people and good food. This is a great McDonald's. It still has all the trademarks of any other McDonald's, but the things that can make the difference... is always the employees. This one had great service, and everything came out just as we ordered it, which can be rare in someareas' fast food chains. Read more
