For it being dinner time the drive thru was moving thru nicely. My order was taken promptly and paid promptly. Did have to wait... 10 minutes after paying for my meal. But the fries were hot and crispy. Read more
I waited 5 minutes for my food which is probably average but I feel like I should get hot fries if I pay almost $3 for what... equals less than 1 potato. So the employee says he would get me some . Then he just stands there and does nothing. I spoke tothe manager and she said he was going to get some . I waited 10 more minutes and not one basket was put down for some freshfries. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal, with only cheese and a coke. I get home (30 minute drive total), and the coke tastes... very flat, the fries were ice cold and old, and I got a single quarter pounder with everything on it. Went back, got thesandwich replaced (they wouldn't replace the fries or drink), and it was raw inside. At least the gentleman at the window wasnice, but otherwise terrible service. Never again. Woman yelled at me multiple times about my online app order. I tried to order whipped crème in a cup for my dog, which they... have done multiple times in the past, and she laughed in my face and said they don?t do that. Just kept yelling at me. Read more

Was told they close at 930pm m-f but app still put an order through google says they are 24hr and sign on door says they are... open. Wouldn?t cancel the order just gave us about half of it then slammed the window shut on my pregnant wife.
