I completed an online order for 2 10" pizzas with 2 toppings each and some garlic bread. Site advises me 25 minutes to make. I... arrive to pick it up and they tell me they are just starting on it and it will be another 25 minutes. With everyone being shortstaffed I happily waited. Another hour goes by with no updates. I am sitting in front if their counter and no one says a word. Ifinally ask for an estimated time and the guy behind the counter asks my name...again. He goes in the back and comes out withthe food. I leave and go back to our hotel. When I open the box, the order is wrong! I get 1 pizza like I ordered but the otherone was to be a thin crust with pepperoni and bacon. I get a regular pizza with a total of 7 pieces of pepperoni and literally 3little pieces of bacon. The sauce and cheese are pretty much non-existent. The pizza is nothing but dough! It was horrible,probably the worst pizza I have ever had. There was no way I was driving all the way back after that wait. I will never go thereagain. Ordered through a delivery app. Noticed that the delivery person was waiting at their location for a long time. After reading... some reviews, I worried about the delivery person wasting their time there and messaged them; they responded that staff toldthem ?the fryer is broken? so they were making some items in the oven. Thirty minutes later and I called Mr. Pizza myself andwas placed on ?hold? for an extended period while I heard someone in the background. A friend told me I had to go here for my sub over Vito's. But honestly I wasn't impressed. It was 30 cents more than Vito's and... it was a smaller sub. And the toppings were unimpressive.
