Ordered the Chicken Shawarma Wrap with Tzatziki and Hummus (no extra charge), it was good but the chicken was somewhat dry and... could have used a bit more flavor (hence the 4 stars). The baklava, however, was INCREDIBLE. It?s a decent sized piece for $2.50+ tax and PACKED with flavor. Nice, crispy pastry on the outside and perfectly moist and delicious on the inside. Definitelyrecommend this place for fans of Mediterranean food who are looking for a quick and fairly affordable bite! Read more
Food was average nothing to exciting. Warm beer that was so gross. Over priced got the steak kabob that cane with 5 tiny pieces... of meat and no vegetables. What steak kabobs has no vegetables???? I would not recommend at all. Read more
This was very good. I was dining today with a native of Lebanon so my review includes his take on this experience, as well as... my, less-discerning one. We ordered the falafel bowl and the chicken shawarma wrap. Both were good, we loved the authentic-stylegarlic sauce on the wrap. The chicken was a little on the dry side, the vegetables fresh. I learned the flavor of tomatoesover-power the shawarma, and wouldn't (shouldn't?) be included on such a wrap. But overall, this was good. The falafels weregreat, could have used a bit more salt, but authentically prepared and delicious. Personally, I could have eaten just falafelsand tahini and walked away satisfied. The vegetables in the bowl were fresh, plentiful and delish - love the chopped pickles inthe bowl. The spicy rice was ok. While both entrees were good, neither got us excited about getting over the finish line byeating every last bite on our plates (a yellow saffron rice would have changed that). We love that Mediterranean/Middle Easterncuisine was represented and done well. A few minor improvements would make this a top-spot in our books. Read more
