Not very authentic. Sushi rice was plain white rice. Sauce did not have much flavor or spice.

Portions are good, fair price, and the staff I very quick. However, the flavors just weren?t there. Very bland sushi rice, it... did not taste like it had been seasoned like a true sushi rice. I had the traditional ahi bowl which came with the standardsauce, which tasted of just soy sauce and made the entire bowl taste like I was drinking pure salt. I usually love my food onthe salty side, but this was just too far with no accompanying flavors able to come through. Read more
