Prepaid Order Order Date 11/18/2020 Pick Up Date 11/25/2020 While picking up our prepaid order today, we were informed that the... (2) sides we ordered were out of stock. A refund was never offered. We were told to pick out (2) new sides. It would have beennice to receive a phone call in advance of our pick up date advising us that even though we had pre-paid for the items theyfailed to set them aside for our order. At the very least, a refund should have been offered. The store manager, Mike, isunimpressive to deal with. I would not recommend using this location. Read more
