Usually my order is purfect, but that's if you make the order yourself to their face. Every time I've ordered thru the app or... uber eats, I definitely don't get my edible straw-one day I ordered 4 edible straws and 2 smoothies, got 0. This time, atanother location (Michigan & Fuller) I ordered a salad, smoothie cookie and banana, oh and an edible straw as a test. Theyfailed. So here I am finally leaving a review. Oh, and at the Grandville location last year, I ordered a $27 order thru the app,my truck broke down on the way. The app lead me to the cafes phone number, I called and was told "oh uhhh yeah we can't doanything with online orders sorry" by some chump of a boy. I never picked it up. I never got ANYTHING in return. I've emailedand left feedback, about 5 different orders . Still nothing. I still go for the smoothies, but I'm always let down with adelivery. Read more
I got a peanut butter cup smoothie from here through Door Dash for like $9 and it tasted like water with peanut butter in it, it... was so gross, what could have happened here? I've gotten it in the past and it tasted decently good. Read more
Very disappointed. I made it clear to the cashier that I was new here. She wasn?t of help at all. Didn?t ask me what size or... anything. And then they make it really confusing at the end of your transaction that pretty much forces you to tip. My total for2 smoothies was $20. Absolutely not worth it. Read more
