Nice and cozy atmosphere. The food was so good! Especially during the fall time. My friend brought me back the pumpkin chorizo... soup, and I loved it. So, I had to come back. This time, I got the Tomato Saffron soup with the Old Goat grilled cheese. Sodelicious! The rosemary in the goat cheese spread complimented the saffron so well. My friend got the curry corn chowder. Outstanding soups. Every time. The best part is that you can sample them all before choosing. I have been to Uncle Cheetahs a... kazillion times and I have always been thrilled with the soup. Flavorful, unique, wonderful...always. On winter evenings when wedon't feel like cooking, we can order out for the whole family for under $40. Perfect. Oh! Uncle cheetah?s soup shop is a classic tradition near the East town area of Grand Rapids. Likely the best selection of fresh... made soups in the Grand Rapids area. They have typical favorites like New England clam chowder as well as many funky uniqueflavors as well. Stopped here on a Saturday early afternoon and it was quick service. The atmosphere is great, but there's very little space to sit or even stand, so it's best to go whenthey're not busy, or if you plan on taking it to go.
