This location is poorly managed. In the heat of the day, and with minutes to spare before picking up my grandson at school, I... stopped to get a small dipped cone. I went through the empty drive thru. It took SEVEN minutes to get my simple order. First,they take my money and I wait...and wait. Finally, the cashier comes back and says, "Sorry for delay. We are havig problems withthe ice cream machine." I said to her, " You are an ice cream shop! Why did you not tell me this when I ordered?" So I wait andwait some more. Finally, two guys come to the window holding a small dipped cone. The wrong flavor of dipped cone. I wasticked. They take the cone back and I wait another minute or so more. Finally, with correct order in hand, I was freed from thedrive thru. Go here only if it does not matter how long it takes or what food you actually get in your order. Lol I didn't want a lot of food. I ended up with a juicy burger on a soft bun, fries, a drink and a good customer service... experience. I think all together I spent $8.54. It's a pretty good deal! Lol excuse the bite out of the burger. I was getting"hangry". Read more
$15 for 2 shakes that were basically chocolate milk and dirty as all get out. Third part of my order was an M&M blizzard made it... home hoping that they at least got my wife's order right. But no, it was something with nuts in it... why do all the fast foodrestaurants in Grandview suck? Is it that hard for you guys to get three ice cream products correct. Also, clean your store.None of our drinks had chocolate, yet they all had chocolate all over the outside of the cup and the lid was gross.
