The Popeyes in Grandview always disappoints me. I?ve tried over and over to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and even... try to go in a different times of the day and that still does not matter. The service and the food always sucks! This time wewaited in drive-through for over 30 minutes and when we finally got up to the window they ran out of the feature nuggets thatthey had. Then I was asked if I would like to get chicken strips instead I said yes-1 order strips and an order of chicken wingsoriginally ask for six but they could only do four but then said can do five. On my receipt I was charge for 2-5 piece chickenspicy tenders and one five piece custom wings my sides were fries and mash and I asked for an additional mashed potatoes. I didnot get my mash but that doesn?t surprise me because the last two times I went there they have forgotten my sides. I always havethe worst experience at this Popeyes in Grandview and they don?t put your amount or totals on your receipt. I will no longer begoing there I will most definitely drive down in the city on 31st and Prospect before going to this one. Read more
On July 9, 2021 I ordered a large red beans and with a regular green bean. I recieved 2 red beans and rice. On July 30, 2021 I... ordered a large cajun rice and a regular mashed potatoe. The worst Popeye's in the Kansas City Metro area. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like HORRIBLE service and TERRIBLE food.
Honestly terrible. Waited in like for 45 minutes for my 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp and this is not even close to the correct amount. ... Truly disappointing. Cant go back and get it fixed becaise it would be another 45 minutes. Read more

First, The parking lot is so raggedy that you will tear your car up upon entering. Once you get into the parking lot the lines... are always very long.
