every table was dirty, a staff member's visor was even laying on one of them and didn't appear to just be because it was a break... table. There was also a random old drink cup with no lid just sitting on the counter/island where all the condimentssit. Waited over 10 minutes for my order because they seemed to prioritize the drive-thru. At one point while there were 5employees, 2 were making food while 3 were preoccupied with a phone call made to the restaurant, which one of them answeredwhile the drive-thru and counter cashiers stood and watched rather than taking more orders or helping make existing ones. Thephone call resulted in the recipient using (or perhaps just repeating) a profanity from the caller, followed by pulling theirown phone out of their pocket, then walking over to complete orders (including my own) all while wearing the same gloves. My experience was not good.i drove far on a hot day thinking about the good food I thought I was going to get.I... started to order the girl told me they only excepted cash only. I told her I don't carry cash anymore. This is why I use adebit card.I was disappointed cause I drove just to get food from toca bell and I wasted my gas ,my time.All taco bell places taste different. I don't think I will go back anymore.
