We went on a Friday evening. It absolutely took me bu surprise! The food at the Chive Cafe was 100% amazingly delicious and... healthy! Such a pleasant fresh local menu. I had the portobello mushroom wrap and it did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend it!And Transparent brewing had a delicious selection of their own micro brews. I enjoyed the pale ale and the Octoberfest.. We willdefinitely eat and drink here again, please help support locally owned small businesses in KC MO. Read more
Been here 4-5 times- I challenge you to find anything mediocre on the menu. Beware- not bar food, but very delicious and... creative dishes. Get out of your bar food box and try-they don?t get enough publicity for their uniqueness in the KC area. Ohyea- the beer at Transparent, the sister brewery in the same location, is pretty decent too! Read more
We stopped as we passed through on a road trip and will definitely stop again on the next! Service was more than excellent, the... locally-sourced food was perfectly made (and very unique in menu and preparation), and the beer choices were fantastic.
